For customers in the USA, there is a
flat fee of $5.00
per order. Your order will be shipped via our choice of UPS Ground or via
the US Post Office (priority mail, first-class mail, media
mail).Express Mail Option:
In choosing the Express Mail Option, your order moves to the
front of the line and is processed and packed first.
Your order will then be sent either insured Priority Mail via
the United States post office (delivery 2-5 business days for
most US locations) or sent via insured UPS Ground (delivery
2-6 business days for most US locations). You will be
sent a tracking number via e-mail. If you are in need of
the package immediately, please call us at 630/792-9461 and we
can quote you pricing for overnight or 2-day delivery.
Canadian /International Customers: ). You will be charged exact shipping cost
(rounded to the nearest dollar) plus a packing and handling fee of $2.00. Your product
will be shipped via airmail or Global Priority Mail depending on the item weight
and value.
We offer international shipping with and without insurance.
Please note: we cannot be responsible for uninsured
packages that are lost in transit. It is highly suggested that if you
are purchasing a high-end item that you select the "WITH Insurance" option. We will NOT replace or refund any lost packages
sent without insurance. Most packages do arrive safely and intact when shipped
without insurance, but some may get lost.
The choice is yours.
Please note that we may decide to use a third-party
insurance plan, so your package may not be insured through
the US Postal Service.
A NOTE ON CUSTOMS DECLARATION
We declare the full purchase price (not including shipping) and mark the items as "merchandise" on the customs declaration form.
We are not responsible for any taxes/tarrifs/delays incurred by the customs system in your country. We are required, by law, to do this
and there are NO exceptions, so please do not ask.
All base sets and chase sets will be shipped in either plastic
snap boxes, plastic 2-piece boxes, or cardstock display boxes. Autograph cards,
costume cards, memorabilia/prop cards, and sketch cards may be
be sent in a screwdown at our discretion; for those cards valued at or under $100, the
card will be sent in a plastic sleeve inside a toploader, or
you may purchase a screwdown for an additional charge . Promo cards and singles of chase
cards will be sent in plastic sleeves inside a top loader.
If you order a promo card with a base set, the promo card may
be placed in with the base set.
